Stopped by to look at work boots for my husband not really expecting to leave with a pair of boots but the customer service was exceptional! They made sure he found a comfortable fitting pair that he felt confident in. it took SEVERAL pairs but they were willing to hep and bring more for him to try! We will always recommend them! Great job guys!

Awesome experience I would recommend this place to anyone, bought three pairs of boots and spent over an hour in the store. The salesperson never once acted like I was inconveniencing him boots. This place was a thirty some businesses still value their after trying on at least 8 pairs of minute drive but I would do it again in a heartbeat. My wife and I drive from Keyser, WV for the selection and most of all the "service". I went there today hoping to find a new duty boot that boot, but would have ordered continue to make the 1 1/2 drive would work with my new custom orthopedic insoles. Not only did they have the perfect anything I wanted just so I could try it on. I left with a new pair of Keen boots and a pair of New Balance running shoes. I explained to them that my current duty boot was to tight and they offered to stretch them for me this week as well. I have been a customer and will for the service. Thank you !!!
